Refund and Returns Policy

At Robo Genius, we strive to provide the best STEM education experience. We understand that plans can change. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Summer Camp Programs

Full Refund: Requests made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled camp start date are eligible for a full refund (minus a $25 processing fee).
Partial Refund: Requests made between 7 and 13 days prior to the start date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp start date or once the camp has commenced.

2. Weekly Robotics Courses (Essential & Prime)

Monthly Enrollment: If you wish to withdraw, please notify us before the second session of the month to receive a prorated refund for the remaining classes. No refunds are provided after the second session.
Multi-Month Packages: Refunds for 3-month or 6-month plans will be calculated by reverting the attended months to the full “Monthly” price, and refunding the balance.

3. Missed Classes

We do not provide prorated refunds for individual missed sessions. However, we will provide the student with the lesson materials or offer a makeup slot if a seat is available in another session.

4. Refund Processing

All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (Credit Card or Interac e-Transfer) within 5-10 business days.
